Transformation

Digital Transformation Consulting

We'd redesign your legacy workflows with digital systems to deliver measurable efficiency gains — a concrete roadmap out of the paper-and-Excel duo, tailored to your operation.

Problems Caused by Legacy Processes

Field operations run on paper while the office runs on Excel; data is manually re-keyed into the ERP, and error rates are high.

The same record (order, dispatch note, stock level) lives in 4 or 5 separate systems; when numbers disagree, nobody knows which one is correct.

Management reports arrive weekly, after period close — by the time a decision is needed, the data needed to make it does not exist.

New hires take weeks to learn the processes; institutional knowledge is locked inside individuals, and organisational memory is fragile.

Our Approach

Digital transformation is not a slogan — it is a measurable engineering programme. We structure every transformation around two principles: do not rip out existing systems and do not make big investments without a successful pilot. Your SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics or Logo deployment stays in place; we'd wrap it with API layers, automations, and modern user interfaces. That approach both protects your existing investment and spreads risk.

Our recommended method has five phases. First, an AS-IS analysis — we map what actually happens in the field at hourly granularity: who fills which form how often, which report comes from which spreadsheet, where the bottlenecks really are. Second, quick wins — 2 to 4 small automations that can ship in 30 days and deliver immediately measurable savings. Third, a pilot: a single region, a single line, or a single team running an expanded version of the system for 8 to 12 weeks. Once pilot KPIs come back green, we move to full production rollout across the organisation. Finally, continuity — KPI dashboards, monthly performance reviews, and a continuous improvement loop. Transformation is a discipline, not a project.

This playbook applies across manufacturing, logistics, retail, construction, and healthcare. Each sector defines "digital transformation" differently: for a construction firm, field shift and delivery tracking are the biggest wins; for a retail chain, stock-to-sales alignment and dynamic pricing come first. The spoke under this hub is field operations software, where our architectural experience is most concentrated.

A real transformation also has to handle change management honestly. Software is the easy part — the harder part is convincing a 25-year veteran of a process that the new tool is worth the friction of learning it. We'd build that into the timeline: pilots include the actual end users, training is hands-on rather than slide-based, and the success metrics include adoption rates, not just throughput. If 30 percent of users quietly drop back to the old spreadsheet after week six, the project has failed regardless of what the technical KPIs say.

We are also disciplined about what we do not promise. Not every paper process needs to be digitised — some genuinely work fine on paper because volume is low and the cost of change exceeds the benefit. We will tell you when that is the case. Where automation does make sense, we are equally disciplined about scope: a tightly scoped 30-day automation that ships beats a 12-month "platform" that never reaches users.

Process

01

AS-IS Analysis

A 2 to 3 week field study. Existing processes, forms, systems, and data flows are mapped with concrete time measurements at hourly granularity.

02

Quick Wins

2 to 4 small automations that can ship in 30 days and deliver tangible time or cost savings. Builds early trust and momentum.

03

Pilot

An 8 to 12 week expanded deployment on a single region, line, or team. KPIs are measured against real production data, not synthetic test cases.

04

Production Rollout

Once pilot KPIs are validated, we expand across the organisation. Training, change management, and hyper-care support are all included.

05

Continuity

KPI dashboards, monthly performance reviews, and a continuous improvement loop. Transformation is a discipline, not a one-shot delivery.

Sıkça Sorulan Sorular

Always with an AS-IS analysis: which processes take how many minutes, who fills out which form how many times, where data gets stuck. After a 2 to 3 week field study we produce a quick-wins list — 2 to 4 automations that can ship in 30 days and deliver tangible time or cost savings. The big transformation decision is built on top of that pilot success, not on a slide deck.

Let's Build Your Transformation Roadmap Together

At the end of a 2 to 3 week AS-IS analysis you walk out with a concrete 12-month transformation plan, a quick-wins list, and an ROI projection. First call is free.
